Joe Hoy – Managing Director
Joe is a highly respected digital forensics expert with a background in telecoms engineering, training and cell site analysis. He has many years’ experience across all aspects of this sector, has often been an expert witness and is a member of the UK Forensic Regulators working group for Cell Site Analysis. Andrew Hausler – Technical Director
Andrew brings blue-chip development skills to the team. He is an expert in systems development and database management having worked at senior level for, among others, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley where he was Vice President for stockbroking systems development.
Martin Griffiths – Sales Director
With a background in RF engineering and the RAF, Martin has worked extensively as a telecoms and sales trainer, and also as a cell site analyst and expert witness for prosecution and defence clients in many complex and high-profile cases.
Steve Griffiths – Commercial Director
Hannah Ainley – Customer Account Manager
A former West Yorkshire Police employee of nearly 15 years, Hannah has over 10 years’ experience within the intelligence environment working as a researcher and analyst. In the last five years she worked within the Regional Organised Crime Unit and the Serious and Organised Crime Unit analysing comms data and producing telecoms reports for court.
Dave Cutts – Technical Support and Training
A highly-experienced telecoms engineer, Dave helped to build and maintain some of the UK’s major cellular networks when working for Vodafone and T-Mobile. He was the law enforcement liaison engineer at T-Mobile before moving the Metropolitan Police as their in-house cell site expert.
Sue Carter – Technical Support
Sue is a former West Midlands Police analyst, who specialised in telecoms analysis while working with the Murder Investigation Unit. She has previously worked for Focus Forensics and LGC and now manages our Cell Site Analysis Team. Sue has a wealth of experience in developing and writing cell site reports and a reputation that is justifiably recognised within the industry.
Rebecca Hannon – Admin Manager
Rebecca is a former nuclear underwriter and brings 17 years of niche underwriting experience, event organisation, extensive customer services and negotiation knowledge to Forensic Analytics. Rebecca now manages our Admin Team and is passionate about organisation.
Michelle Noack – Admin Assistant
Joining the team in 2018, South African Michelle has a background in human resources and payroll administration for security and construction companies. Michelle now deals with payroll and invoicing within the Admin team.
Serena Ripley – Software Architect
Having a passion for building great software with real world applications, Serena is a highly experienced Microsoft technology specialist with 20 years of proven delivery across multiple sectors and platforms.
