Steve Rick
Managing Director

Steve is an experienced c-suite business leader. Throughout his career Steve has pursued his passion for business transformation, service and operational excellence. Career highlights for Steve have seen him build and sell a national telecoms business, be Senior Vice President of business transformation at Menzies Aviation, be the interim CTO at Serco Solutions and Interim MD at Capita IT Services. 

Joe Hoy
Product LIfecycle Director

Joe is a highly respected digital forensics expert with a background in telecoms engineering, training and cell site analysis. He has many years’ experience across all aspects of this sector, has often been an expert witness and was a member of the UK Forensic Regulator’s working group for Cell Site Analysis.

Andrew Hausler
Technical Director

Andrew brings blue-chip development skills to the team. He is an expert in systems development and database management having worked at a senior level for, among others, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan where he was Executive Director for Equity Finance systems development.

Martin Griffiths
Sales Director

With a background in RF engineering and the RAF, Martin has worked extensively as a telecoms and sales trainer, and also as a cell site analyst and expert witness for prosecution and defence clients in many complex and high-profile cases. Martin is a full professional member of The Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences.

Commercial Director

Steve has a strong history of business development across several sectors. Previously a sales director for several companies, he brought his experience and renowned tenacity to us in 2016.

Andrew Fahey
Training Director

Andrew worked for ten years at a United Nations affiliated International Criminal Tribunal, working with high volumes of call data and project managing the development of courtroom software that enabled live analysis and mapping of call data. Before then, Andrew spent ten years with the Metropolitan Police Service on serious and organised crime and terrorism investigations, all of which involved substantial telephone and location data. He has a MSc in Crime and Criminal Justice Studies.

Dan Alexander
Finance Director

Dan is a Chartered Accountant and Cambridge MBA. He combines commercial, financial and consulting skills: specialising in business transformation, cost reduction and forensic accounting. Having worked on both the client side and in consulting, Dan brings a wealth of experience and perspectives that will benefit both Forensic Analytics and our customers. Dan recently worked pro bono for UNICEF’s procurement reference groups for vaccines

Janine Morrison-Pitt
Head of Marketing & Strategy

Janine is a commercially-astute Marketing professional with 20 years’ experience of developing marketing practices in highly regulated industries including financial services, IT, energy and telecommunications. Janine blends her marketing experience to focus on continuous improvement processes in order to develop value-adding marketing/customer engagement strategies, drive customer acquisition and optimise business performance for Forensic Analytics.

Hannah Ainley
Customer Account Manager

A former West Yorkshire Police employee of nearly 15 years, Hannah has over 10 years’ experience within the intelligence environment working as a researcher and analyst. In the last five years she worked within the Regional Organised Crime Unit and the Serious and Organised Crime Unit analysing comms data and producing telecoms reports for court.

Greg Bower
Service Delivery Manager

A specialist in communications and intelligence analysis, Greg began his career working in civil investigations within the private sector. Having established his own company, he delivered training to organisations such as the Kenyan Wildlife Service, Interpol and the International Criminal Court on the use of intelligence analysis products and telecommunications data analysis.

Rebecca Hannon
Human Resources Manager

Rebecca is a former nuclear underwriter and brings 17 years of niche underwriting experience, event organisation, extensive customer services and negotiation knowledge to Forensic Analytics. Rebecca now manages our Admin Team.

Nolan Redfern
Development Manager

Nolan has more than 30 years of experience in both software development and managing high performing development teams. He has worked in many environments from embedded RF test instrumentation, production printing and high-volume parsing on cloud platforms. Nolan joins us from a fast-growing Fin Tech start-up firm based in Westminster, London.

Jenna Holloway

Jenna has 11 years experience in law enforcement working as an Analyst at both South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire Police. During her time at West Yorkshire Police, she worked at the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Organised Crime Unit. Jenna worked on serious and organised criminality including human trafficking, child sexual exploitation, international money laundering and the importation and supply of Class A drugs and firearms. Jenna has experience of evidential telecoms analysis and also spent many years conducting telecoms analysis during live time investigations.

Samia Kenley
Sales and Marketing Exec

Samia is a marketing specialist with over 8 years’ experience in the UK and South East Asia within the technology industry. She has previously designed and deployed B2B and B2C campaigns for Apple, HP and Microsoft Surface through digital and offline platforms. Her passion is grounded in strategic account based marketing activities that are conversational, engaging and add real value to end users. Samia is an astute content creator who supports business growth and brand awareness. She is currently studying for her Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Michelle Noack
Admin Assistant

Joining the team in 2018, Michelle has a background in human resources and payroll administration for security and construction companies. She is responsible for payroll and invoicing.

Software Architect

Having a passion for building great software with real world applications, Serena is a highly experienced Microsoft technology specialist with 20 years of proven delivery across multiple sectors and platforms.

Joining the team in 2017, Yasar is a skilled analyst with nearly 10 years’ experience spanning many software platforms and industries.

Rob has been in working software development roles since 2007 and has experience of building web, desktop and mobile applications for a variety of different industries.

Andy is an accomplished developer with 20 years of experience creating web, desktop and server applications in a variety of industries, including financial, automotive and education.

Damon Hina

Joining the team in 2019, Damon has twenty five years’ experience of delivering business software worldwide for Xerox, Pitney Bowes and small start-ups. A versatile technologist with a passion to deliver quality software for the customer. Tester, Project Manager, Support Analyst, Scrum Master, Trainer, Product owner, Technical specialist, Team leader, all roles undertaken to support this goal.

Dave Cutts
Technical Support and Training

A highly-experienced telecoms engineer, Dave helped to build and maintain some of the UK’s major cellular networks when working for Vodafone and T-Mobile. He was the law enforcement liaison engineer at T-Mobile before moving the Metropolitan Police as their in-house cell site expert.

Sue Carter
Technical Support

Sue is a former West Midlands Police analyst, who specialised in telecoms analysis while working with the Murder Investigation Unit. She has previously worked for Focus Forensics and LGC and now manages our Cell Site Analysis Team. Sue has a wealth of experience in developing and writing cell site reports and a reputation that is justifiably recognised within the industry.
