Steve Rick Managing Director

Forensic Analytics welcomes Steve Rick as Managing Director

Communications data experts, Forensic Analytics, have announced the appointment of Steve Rick as Managing Director to grow their world leading software, training and consultancy businesses.

The rapidly changing face of the technologies that we work with, combined with the needs of the law enforcement communities we serve, means that we must get better at adapting and growing rapidly. We know that to stay relevant, we need to create new products and adapt new technologies into existing products.

In light of this, the Forensic Analytics board decided to ask an experienced business leader, Steve Rick, to take over as Managing Director as of Monday July 6th, to which he has agreed.

Throughout Steve’s career he has had a focus and passion for business transformation and innovation. Most recently Steve focussed this passion into the role of Senior Vice President of systems and transformation at Menzies Aviation, a global aviation services provider. Steve previously led the design and construction of the Easynet (now Sky) network in the UK. Interim senior executive roles at BT, Serco, QinetiQ and Capita followed prior to his five years at Menzies.

“Steve and I were introduced by a mutual friend who thought that Steve could offer me some perspective on growth strategies within our technical niche. The more we spoke, the more I came to believe that Steve had the perfect mix of technical, managerial and business experience to lead Forensic Analytics through the diversification and expansion that we have the opportunity to explore”. Joe Hoy, Managing Director, Forensic Analytics

Current Managing Director Joe Hoy will move into the role of Product Lifecycle Director, focusing on the design, development and support of our products.

The enormous benefits of Steve’s experience will be put to immediate use, leading the growth plans for the technical and training service divisions of Forensic Analytics and the professional services offering.
