In May 2018, taxi driver Shipu Ahmed from Luton was convicted of raping a 15-year-old girl and a 22-year-old woman in 2007. Support survey shows high level of customer satisfaction

An online customer survey conducted in November 2018 showed a high level of satisfaction from CSAS users who received assistance from the FA Support Desk via phone or email.
