One-to-one mentoring tailored to fit your needs

In the fast-changing world of policing and communications data, Forensic Analytics understands the value of time and how it helps to save lives. Helping your staff use CSAS more effectively can make a crucial difference in locating the insights you need when you need them.

As part of the support Forensic Analytics offers to our CSAS customers, did you know that we can also provide one-to-one mentoring for your team?

Our mentoring programme is tailored specifically to your requirements and allows users to raise any questions they might have, as well as providing a refresher training on any aspect of the software needed.  We can also provide more in-depth training, helping users to maximise their use of CSAS, making them even more efficient.

After spending the day with one of our customers, Mel Lamb, our Technical Support Manager and Cell Site Analyst received this fantastic feedback.

“Mel’s commitment was nothing less than I would expect for someone of her background and calibre. My young staff were truly privileged to have such an experienced analyst with an extensive MIT and Specialist Crime background imparting their knowledge and displaying an infectious enthusiasm for CSAS and promoting why it is a non-negotiable tool in modern policing.”

Mel is one of our CSAS specialists, with over 29 years of experience working in both proactive and reactive policing. She has worked with CSAS for many years and has a wealth of experience to share.

In addition to our mentoring programme, we offer a wide range of training on maximising use of our CSAS software and recommend that users attend our CSAS for Investigators and Analysts, a City & Guilds accredited course. The course provides an extensive overview into the key tools within CSAS and how to use them effectively.

There is a wide range of support available for CSAS users and the full range of training courses can be found on our training pages.

We also offer a monthly drop-in User Clinic which is free to attend for anyone who uses our CSAS software. Each session is led by one of our experts and is an excellent opportunity to raise any questions you may have about the software.

If you would like to arrange an in-house mentoring session with one of our experts, please contact training@forensicanalytics.co.uk for more details.

If this resonates with you, let’s discuss.
